FREEZER SMOOTHIES
Perfect to pack into the school lunch box, they will act as a freezer brick and thaw by lunchtime for a nice cold treat. Each flavour smoothie makes enough for two. BERRY & POMEGRANATE Blend 2 cups of mixed frozen berries with 1 cup each pomegranate juice and blueberry yoghurt. Divide into containers and freeze. CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY
Blend 2 cups frozen strawberries with 1 cup each chocolate flavoured milk and strawberry yoghurt until smooth. Divide into containers and freeze. BANANA & MANGO Chop a banana and blend with 1 cup each frozen diced mango, fresh orange juice and vanilla yoghurt. Divide mixture between portionsize containers and freeze.
