We hired an Elsa impersonator for my six-year-old daughter Emma’s birthday party recently. Later, after all her friends went home, Emma came up to me and whispered, ‘Thanks for the thought, but I know that wasn’t the real Elsa. Elsa lives in Arendelle and if you’re lucky, you can catch her at the shops.’
