HEDGEHOG FUDGE SLICE

395g can sweetened
condensed milk
125g butter, chopped 1¼ cups Dark hoc
Melts
¼ cup cocoa powder 200g Marie biscuits ½ cup (80g) chopped skinless, roasted hazelnuts
2 cups vanilla-flavoured
mini mallows
1 Grease an 18cm x 28cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above pan edges.
2 Place milk, butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth. Remove pan from heat and stir in cocoa powder until combined.
3 Place biscuits in a large snap-lock bag. Coarsely crush with a rolling pin, then place in a large bowl with hazelnuts and mini mallows. Stir in chocolate mixture until well coated and combined.
4 Press mixture evenly over base of prepared pan and refrigerate overnight, or until set.
5 Lift slice from pan, then cut into squares to serve.
Tip: This slice can be made up to one week in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
