Dear that’s life!

I’m at a loss what to do. My neighbour lives on her own and has a few medical issues. She and I have become good friends but she’s becoming dependent on me. Her family all live varying distances away and I am next door so when she needs something she calls on me. I’ve driven her places, done shopping, helped in her house and even retrieved her from the club when she’s drunk too much (she’s not supposed to drink at all!). I always try to help people in need but it’s starting to impact on me and I’m starting to dread her calls. How do I set some boundaries but stay friends with her?

What do I do?
