ROAST ALMONDS
Roasting almonds will enhance their flavour and make them crunchier. They’re perfect added to salads and stir-fries, sprinkled over muesli, or simply enjoyed as a snack. To roast natural almonds, sprinkle evenly over an oven tray. Cook in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway, or until golden and skin begins to split. Remove and cool.
