Monkey see, monkey rescue!
Anthony Caere, a pilot with Virunga National Park in the Congo, found fame when he rescued a baby chimp named Mussa after its family was killed by poachers. Anthony now serves as a ‘big brother’ in the sky for the park rangers and when they find orphaned chimps and monkeys, he flies them to a rehabilitation centre. But not in a cage – on his lap! ‘A baby needs hugs and compassion,’ he says.
