Key roles: A sales ac­count man­ager is in charge of the day-to-day sup­port of a par­tic­u­lar cus­tomer’s deal­ings or ac­count with a busi­ness. They serve as the pri­mary point of con­tact be­tween the cus­tomer and com­pany. They can pro­vide cus­tomer sup­port, tech­ni­cal sup­port and plan­ning ser­vices. They also nur­ture the com­pany’s re­la­tion­ship with the cus­tomer. In­dus­try em­ploy­ment: Sales ac­count man­agers can be em­ployed from an ad­ver­tis­ing per­spec­tive for a busi­ness, deal­ing with clients who ad­ver­tise with a com­pany.
