Workers believe they are worth more money
MOST workers feel they are not being paid their worth and dream of never having to work again, a survey by Sunsuper reveals.
It finds 64 per cent of full-time and parttime staff believe their talents and efforts are worth more than their weekly salary.
Customer experience general manager Teifi Whatley says all generations polled registered the same sentiment – the first time it has come up in its three research reports on attitudes to work and finance released to date.
Only one in 10 workers, however, say that if they won a million dollars tomorrow they would stop working, as workers felt they would need more money to live comfortably.
