Work­ers be­lieve they are worth more money

MOST work­ers feel they are not be­ing paid their worth and dream of never hav­ing to work again, a sur­vey by Sunsu­per re­veals.

It finds 64 per cent of full-time and part­time staff be­lieve their tal­ents and ef­forts are worth more than their weekly salary.

Cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence gen­eral man­ager Teifi What­ley says all gen­er­a­tions polled reg­is­tered the same sen­ti­ment – the first time it has come up in its three re­search re­ports on at­ti­tudes to work and fi­nance re­leased to date.

Only one in 10 work­ers, how­ever, say that if they won a mil­lion dol­lars to­mor­row they would stop work­ing, as work­ers felt they would need more money to live com­fort­ably.
