PARALYMPIAN gold medallist Katrina Webb-Denis and her Olympian husband, Eddie Denis, are embarking on their next big adventure – renovation.
Meanwhile, t hey have listed their Klemzig property for auction at 10.30am on Saturday, March 13, with a price guide of $490,000.
‘‘We bought that property in 2001 and we only ever intended to have it for a couple of years, do a bit of renovating and move on,’’ Katrina says. ‘‘But because of our involvement in sport, it took a long time.
‘‘Then we invested in another property five years ago that we rented out.’’
The pair now plans to live in and renovate the investment property.
‘‘We just felt like we were ready move on,’’ Katrina says. ‘‘This property that we’re looking at will be a bigger renovation, building on and building up.’’
As for the Klemzig property, it’s ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac and in a ‘‘lovely community’’. The home is described as ‘‘stylishly contemporary’’ and features polished timber floorboards, spacious open-plan living and a lush lawn area and garden.

Former ABC Classic FM Radio announcer Malcolm Patterson and wife Margaret, a newly retired fashion a gent, have been s pi ed ‘‘hanging out’’ at Joe’s Cafe´ at Henley Beach.
It turns out they have opted for a sea change and now are living in Henley Beach.
The Pattersons have listed their family home in Myrtle Bank with Smallacombe agent Kris Casey, with the first open to be held next weekend.
Margaret says the property was a fantastic family home.
‘‘We’ve had children living there over the past 22 years and they have all moved into their own homes with their families so it’s outgrown us,’’ she says.
‘‘The location is the No. 1 feature. It’s close to fabulous schools and very accessible to the city, which we loved.’’
And we hear a high-profile wine marketer, whom we cannot name, is selling his Kensington Gardens home.
The property has been listed with Klemich Real Estate’s Matt Smith for $900,000 to $990,000.
