VENDOR Letitia Guillou built a home in Unley less than two years ago because of the convenient location. ‘‘We wanted something accessible; we have a walking and bike track right behind us,’’ she says.

‘‘We are walking distance to Unley Rd and King William Rd and we can walk to Unley shopping centre to do the shopping.’’

The two-storey, three-bedroom townhouse has a decked courtyard on entry via a secure gate, with sliding doors into an open-plan living and meals area with a kitchen.

The three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has an ensuite through a walk-in robe. There is a separate bathroom upstairs plus a study nook.

The kitchen has Caesarstone benchtops, with an integrated Blanco dishwasher and stainless-steel appliances. The living areas have Tasmanian oak timber floors while there is a double side-by-side garage and reverse-cycle ducted airconditioning.

Ms Guillou is selling her three-bedroom townhouse because they have a growing family.

She says a small family would fit right in.

‘‘It would suit a couple or people with a young family. The third bedroom upstairs is designed so it could be a large family room,’’ she says. Ms Guillou says they will be sad to leave. ‘‘We will definitely miss the place and because it is so modern and new it’s so low maintenance and easy care,’’ she says.
