THE MAJESTIC ROOF Garden Hotel has claimed the SA Tourism Award for best deluxe accommodation.

The 4.5 star boutique hotel was opened in April 2004, and combines elegance and contemporary design. It is set in the vibrant East End, surrounded by cafes, designer boutiques, cinemas and Sunday markets.

The 120 rooms are luxurious throughout, with modern designs, king-size beds and opulent bathrooms. On the ground floor, a relaxed atmosphere and exclusive dining is offered at Culshaw’s Grill. For a more spectacular setting, head to the garden on level 7, where you can see the highlights of Adelaide. The hotel is architecturally designed to represent the patterns and textures of regional Australia, with a suspended wave-like canopy over the roof garden and corrugated materials on the exterior.

Majestic Hotels owner John Culshaw says the Majestic Roof Garden has offered both leisure and corporate visitors a boutique 4.5 star accommodation option in the vibrant East end of Adelaide for more than five years.

“When the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel was first conceived I wanted to offer the best boutique hotel in Adelaide,” he says. “With the hard work and dedication of many fantastic staff, it is truly wonderful to receive such a prestigious award.”
