CHATTER

The Advertiser - SA Weekend - - CONTENTS -

Regarding Sex Change (30/10/10), while I support equal rights for women, I sometimes feel that the cry for equality can be as oppressive as the original infractions. I decided to be a stayat-home mum because I wanted to, not because I was oppressed. Now my children are grown I am re-entering the work force. I don’t believe that women must have children to be fulfilled, but I object to the attitude that my decisions were “put upon me” by men.
