Held as part of the Ade­laide Hills Wine Re­gion’s Win­ter Reds Fes­ti­val, this event fo­cuses on con­ser­va­tion. The spot­light is on fer­als, for­ag­ing and fire, so ex­pect a meal com­pris­ing goat, wild boar, rab­bit, prickly pears and bio­dy­namic wine.
