BROW FACTOR

The Advertiser - SA Weekend - - STYLE. WAT C H - Words roseanna daziani

A GREAT SET OF BROWS can add wow factor to your appearance, but are not always easy to DIY. And if, like me, you have naturally bushy brows (thanks to my Italian heritage) it's best to leave it to the experts. Which seems to be paying off for me at this cheap and cheerful salon because I'm often asked, "Where do you get your eyebrows done?"

Thanks to regular waxing at Essential Beauty Harbour Town my brows are now defined arches. Sure, there is a little pain when the warm wax — a little on the top (which is sometimes overlooked at others salons, but important for definition), underneath and the middle — is ripped off, but it doesn't last long.

There's also attention to detail — any stray hairs are plucked to achieve the perfect shape and thickness.

The beauty therapists also ask what shape you're after before they start waxing so there are no nasty surprises. They always make sure you're happy with the end result by getting you to check their work in a mirror.

So if your eyebrows are a little (or a lot) out of control, book an appointment today. Walk-ins are also welcome...with a short wait time.
