HAVING FINE, fragile, flyaway hair, I have struggled over the years to achieve that perfect do.

As we all know, it doesn’t matter how great your clothes and make-up look, if your hair’s a mess then you might as well forget the whole thing.

So, when a friend who also has super fine hair recommended I try her hairdresser, Lisa, at Bella Eve, I was willing to give it a try. After all, my friend’s hair always looks great — perhaps Lisa could work the same magic with me.

With more than 16 years in the hairdressing industry, Lisa opened Bella Eve in June this year. And, just like its owner, the salon is warm, relaxed and friendly.

After applying hair colour that actually didn’t sting when first applied (yes, ladies, it turns out that is possible), Lisa brought out the scissors and got to work on my frazzled locks. And, less than 90 minutes after entering the salon, I walked out with stunning colour and a cut that has given my hair new health and vitality.

Lisa works by appointment only so if you’re looking for great hair at a great price, give her a call to make a booking. CUT AND ½
