Teacher has compo win over pupil kill threats
A PRIMARY schoolteacher has been awarded workers compensation after it ruled her severe psychosis was caused by chaos in the classroom and a kill threat against her by one of her students.
The Employment Tribunal heard that a number of students with “complexities” in her class increased in 2017, including more students with behaviour issues, autism disorders as well as a history of sexual or physical abuse.
