Art exhibition highlights student work

THE 2017 Art Express exhibition is currently on display at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, showcasing outstanding artworks created by NSW students for the HSC Visual Arts examination in 2016.

The exhibition celebrates student achievement and reflects the high quality teaching and learning in visual arts education in the State.

Thirty eight bodies of work including drawing, graphic design, painting, ceramics, textiles and sculpture, will be on display at the Art Gallery of NSW until 23 April.

Art Express is a joint initiative of the NSW Department of Education and NSW Education Standards Authority and will include a series of metropolitan and regional exhibitions across New South Wales.
