Review of Student Disability Support

THE ACT Education Directorate is evaluating the support that students with disabilities receive in public schools as part of an ongoing consultative process of the National Disability Strategy.

The strategy aims to ensure students with a disability “achieve their full potential through their participation in an inclusive high quality education system that is responsive to their needs”.

The Directorate is seeking a wide variety of views on how to best support both students and schools, consulting with families and school staff regarding support for students with disabilities and complex needs and behaviours.
