Clean Energy awards announced

RECOGNISING the “best of the best” in the renewable energy industry, The 2017 Clean Energy Council awards were presented at last month’s Australian Clean Energy Summit.

Recipients included Horizon Power, Ausnet Services, Greensync and Power Tec, which shared first place in the Innovation category; former Clean Energy Head Chloe Munro who was presented the Outstanding Contribution to Industry award for her recent review of Australia’s energy security with Chief Scientist Dr Alan Finkel; and The Climate Council which won the Community Engagement award for its work following the South Australian State wide blackouts.
