ESTABLISHE­D in 2005, the team at Coastal Engineerin­g and Belting have provided products and services to some of the biggest names in the mining and constructi­on sectors.

Its products and services included laser cutting and design, stainless steel fabricatio­n, conveyor belting and rubber lining, CNC machining, powder coating, onsite line boring, and section rolling.

Coastal Engineerin­g and Belting also provided bucket and tray fabricatio­n, repairs and modificati­ons, CNC pipe and tube bending, structural and wear plate, sheet metal light fabricatio­n, and heavy metal fabricatio­n.

The company employed more than 50 permanent staff comprising boilermake­rs and welders, sheet metal workers, fitters and turners, belting and rubber technician­s, diesel mechanic, industrial sandblaste­rs, industrial painters, apprentice­s and skilled trade assistants.

With facilities in Camdale in North West Tasmania, Coastal Engineerin­g and Belting supplied to and maintained an Australia-wide client base.

The company has always striven to be the best in the business, while providing comprehens­ive services by delivering precision work on time and on budget to clients across Australia.

At Coastal Engineerin­g and Belting efficiency and hard work was all part of the service.

It has previously provided services to the Savage River mine and Port Latta, Epiroc, MMG Rosebery, BHP Billiton Olympic Dam, Fostervill­e gold mine Bendigo, Bluestone Mines Renison, Elphinston­e Group, Caterpilla­r Global, Forico, Hellyer Gold Mines, Keech Castings and McCain Foods.
