Reputation cemented in quality

ESTABLISHED in 1989, Wagners is a diversified Australian construction materials and services provider and an innovative producer of new generation building materials in domestic and international markets.

Producing cement, concrete, aggregates and new generation composite products, Wagners is a world leader in the development of new technology to reduce the impact of heavy construction materials on the environment.

The company also provides transport services, precast concrete, reinforcing steel and project services.

One of the projects Wagners has been working on is carting ore for MMG at the Dugald River mine, about 65km north-west of Cloncurry in Queensland.

With up to 20 staff operating and driving on the project, the Wagners’ yellow logo clearly stands out on-site.

Group transport manager, Jack Wagner, said projects like this fit the company’s capabilities and style.

“Our fleet is well-established to meet the demands of any haulage project, and with the ability to mobilise quickly, we can meet the needs of the client to ensure beneficial outcomes for both of us,” Mr Wagner said.

Wagners is currently working on several haulage and crushing projects throughout the Northern Territory and North West Queensland, and, with the establishment of new permanent concrete plants across south east Queensland, the Wagners’ concrete network will soon extend south to the Gold Coast and north to the Sunshine Coast.

The precast and quarry businesses have also ramped up with a number of partnerships and projects coming on board, including opportunities to use Wagners’ Earth Friendly Concrete, saving carbon emissions with every cube.

Celebrating 30 years of operations this year, Wagners constantly strives for and delivers innovative, effective and economic solutions when supplying for the construction and mining industry in Australia and internationally.
