A brooding, understated and powerful pinot noir with black cherry, earth and spicy, stalky fruits supported by toasty oak. It is then funky and skunky on the palate – down and dirty but in a good way, with great power and length of earthy-flavoured fruits underpinned by significant tannins. Give this wine time.
