GIORGIO ARMANI MADE TO MEASURE

Iconic Italian designer Giorgio Armani made the decision way back in 2006 to introduce a made-to measure suit service for clients in a select few stores to offer that extra level of personalisation. “It was a time of big fashion corporations, globalisation and an impersonal approach to design,” he recalls. “I realised that I have clients who really do want a unique product made especially for them.” Fast forward to now and the bespoke service can be found at almost every boutique around the world, and there is a variety of styles, silhouettes and fabrics to choose from. In Australia, fittings are available from April 20 to 23 in the Sydney boutique and from April 27 to 30 at the Melbourne boutique. The fittings will be for the Spring Summer 2021 collection and include an additional 100 new fabrics to choose from to ensure you get to wear the suit of your dreams.
