RED WINE VINEGAR DRESSING

PREP TIME 5 MINUTES MAKES ½ CUP (125ML)

Place ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoon­s red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard and 1 teaspoon caster sugar in a screw−top jar; shake well.

Season to taste.

SERVING SUGGESTION Serve with a salad, or with beef, lamb, pork or chicken. Also goes well with grilled haloumi.
