If you forget to bring the eggs to room temperature first, place them straight from the fridge into a saucepan of cold water; bring to the boil, then boil for 10 minutes. ---------If you want to “centre” the egg yolks, gently stir the eggs until the water comes to the boil. ---------For a vegetarian option, you can leave out the tuna.
