MANGO MACADAMIA SOR­BET

Slightly soften 2 litres (8 cups) mango sor­bet by stand­ing at room tem­per­a­ture for 5 min­utes (don’t mi­crowave). Stir in 1 cup chopped honey-roasted macadamias and 1 ta­ble­spoon finely grated lime rind. Spoon mix­ture into a freez­er­proof con­tainer. Cover; freeze un­til firm. Serve with lime slices and ex­tra chopped nuts.
