MANGO MACADAMIA SORBET

PREP TIME 15 MINUTES (+ FREEZING) SERVES 6

Slightly soften 2 litres (8 cups) mango sorbet by standing at room temperatur­e for 5 minutes (don’t microwave). Stir in 1 cup chopped honey-roasted macadamias and 1 tablespoon finely grated lime rind. Spoon mixture into a freezerpro­of container. Cover; freeze until firm. Serve with lime slices and extra chopped nuts.
