PREP TIME 15 MINUTES (+ FREEZING) SERVES 6
Slightly soften 2 litres (8 cups) chocolate ice-cream by standing at room temperature for 10 minutes (don’t microwave). Stir in 1 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts and 200g chopped dark chocolate. Spoon mixture into a freezerproof container. Cover; freeze until firm. Serve with extra chocolate and nuts.
