CHOCOLICIOUS ICE-CREAM

Slightly soften 2 litres (8 cups) choco­late ice-cream by stand­ing at room tem­per­a­ture for 10 min­utes (don’t mi­crowave). Stir in 1 cup chopped roasted hazel­nuts and 200g chopped dark choco­late. Spoon mix­ture into a freez­er­proof con­tainer. Cover; freeze un­til firm. Serve with ex­tra choco­late and nuts.
