Place 2 room-temperature eggs in a small saucepan, then cover with cold water; bring to the boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes for a soft-boiled egg (start timing from boiling point). Drain. Meanwhile, brush 375g asparagus, halved crossways, with a little oil; char-grill, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dukkah. Serve soft-boiled eggs in egg cups with asparagus soldiers.
