Storage Store biscuits in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Malted milk powder is a combination of wheat flour, malt barley flour and milk, evaporated to create a fine powder. It is available from most larger supermarkets. Lightly spray the measuring spoon with cooking oil to help the syrup slide off easily.
