Queen or president?

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed the May edition of The Australian Women’s Weekly, particularly the Queen and the royal family, especially the latest star, little Prince George. Whenever anyone brings up the topic of Australia becoming a republic, I always say, “Tell me your model!” They never seem to have one. After watching the latest US presidential race, which has been full of nastiness, anger and hate-filled speeches, I think – is this what we want in Australia?
