Method
1 Cut a piece of cardstock to the size you would like your card to be and fold to form a card. Stamp festive words and patterns onto the card.
Use different coloured inks for maximum effect.
2 Write your personalised message inside the card.
3 You can also create patterns by dabbing a shape with a glue stick on the front of the card, then covering with glitter.
4 Leave card to dry.
5. Paper wreath
What you need Cardstock and pencil
Foam wreath – we purchased ours from Spotlight
Coloured paper in different shades – we used pinks, purchased from Officeworks
Craft glue
Method
1 Start by drawing a single leaf shape onto a piece of cardstock. Cut the leaf out and make sure it’s the right scale against the foam wreath. This is your leaf template.
2 Using the leaf template, cut out leaves in each of the different shades – you should have 80 leaves in total. Fold each in half to form a “spine” on the leaf.
3 Start to glue the leaves directly onto the foam wreath, overlapping them. Once you have attached eight in the same shade, move onto the next shade.
4 Repeat this process until you have worked your way around the wreath.
5 Leave to dry.
