Older women who have “satisfying” sex lower their risk of high blood pressure, a US study reports. Women aged 57 to 85 were surveyed in 2005, then in 2010, and those who had regular sex reduced their chances of hypertension. Yet older men who had sex weekly or more were more likely to have cardiovascular problems than sexually inactive men.
