Dilmah Iced Tea with Lemon & Lime

1750ml Dilmah Iced Tea with Lemon & Lime

350ml gin

350ml Cointreau

100ml apple juice

100ml orange juice

150ml fresh lemon juice 5 dashes of orange bitters (optional)

250ml sugar syrup

Orange slices

Green grapes

Strings of fresh red currants Mint leaves 1. Add all the ingredient­s, except the sugar syrup, the fruit and the mint leaves, to a punch bowl and stir.

2. Slowly add the sugar syrup while stirring

until the required sweetness is reached. 3. Add the fruit, mint leaves and ice cubes.
