Store in an airy, cool, dark place or the refrigerator to mature for up to two months. This pudding makes wonderful eating cold as cake – if you have leftovers! You can also use a steam oven to make the pudding. Place the wrapped pudding on a tray and steam on 100°C for 2½-3 hours.
