Put this fast and easy dinner idea for creamy chicken and corn burritos on high rotation at your house, especially if you are trying to manage your carb intake.

Preheat oven to 220 C. Combine ¼ cup chopped coriander, 310g can of drained corn kernels, 3 cups chopped cooked chicken, 1 cup each of grated cheddar and sour cream, and a small clove of crushed garlic in a large bowl. Divide mixture among 8 Mission Low Carb Wraps; roll up to enclose. Place burritos into an oiled ovenproof dish, sprinkle with an extra cup of grated cheddar and a little cayenne pepper.
