Felt decorations

You’ll need

# Cookie cutters – heart, star and circle shaped # Cardboard

# Felt

# Hot glue gun or pins # Large threading needle # Coloured twine # Trimmings of your choice – buttons, bows etc

# Fishing line

1 Using the cookie cutters as your template, trace the outline of the desired shape (a heart, a star or circle for your plum pudding) onto cardboard. Cut out the cardboard shape.

2 Using the cardboard shape, outline two felt shapes and cut them out.

3 Pin or glue the felt shapes to each side of the cardboard shape. Then blanket stitch around the shape.

4 Apply trimmings with a glue gun. Hang onto your tree using fishing line.
