THE PERFECT MANGO

• Choose mangoes that give slightly when given a gentle squeeze. Most varieties will have a fruit aroma around the stem. • Mangoes need to breathe so avoid storing in plastic bags. If not yet ready for eating, pop them in the fruit bowl at room temperature until ripe.
