Too little or too much sleep may harm your heart. The European Heart Journal’s 116,000-strong study found the risk of cardiovasc­ular disease or death increased by 9 per cent for those sleeping 6 hours or less, and rose by 41 per cent for those sleeping 10 hours or more per day. If you’re catching too many zzzs, it may be time for a heart health check.
