Every food and drink is assigned SmartPoint­s based on saturated fat, kilojoules, protein and sugar. The good news is there are over 200 ZeroPoint foods, including salmon, chicken and eggs, that require no weighing, tracking or measuring. Find the right snacks and meals to suit your personal taste and lifestyle and you need never go hungry.
