Sometimes a successful rural business is about taking advantage of what the community grows and turning it into something special. Courtney and partner Ian established a small flour milling business on the family farm, producing wholegrain, stoneground flour. The flour is milled fresh to order, from grains that Ian and Courtney sow with his family. Woodstock flour is the result.
