“Our property, JS Grazing, is a family-operated beef cattle enterprise. Along with our two young sons, Henry and Leo, we run a commercial Angus herd. My husband Jeremy recently took the reins of the family business but his parents, Jeffrey and Jennifer, are still involved. Our boys are becoming more involved in the day-to-day running of our properties and although we feel it’s imperative to give them a broad education, we hope that they will return to the land some day. They are both keen cooks and love helping, particularly with this favourite sausage roll recipe.”
