This race to be the cheapest may compromise your health and the health of our economy and nation. Princi Mortadella is very different. We believe nothing comes close to Australia’s high clean and green standards and our passionate farmers. We love the world - but we choose not to import what’s available in abundance locally and far superior in quality. We can’t control what they do overseas. You get what you pay for. Please check the ingredients - are they local or imported? We source 100% of our meat from premium and free range Australian farms where the love of the land and care for animals is paramount. Princi meat is APIQ accredited (Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Programme) and RSPCA certified. These farms support the local industry through jobs, with the very best in animal welfare and processing standards. We also choose not to use additives that are commonly used in cheaper brands, like Glucono Delta-Lactone (E575). Most Princi products are gluten, soy and dairy free, making them ideal for those who are lactose intolerant and coeliacs. With premium and principles being our passion, the Princi range is naturally free of artificial colourings, artificial flavourings and definitely no added MSG or fillers. Our traditional mortadella is 98% premium pork, 2% seasoning and spices. Our traditional methods provide the best results in distinctive taste, texture and meat integrity – you be the judge.
