We love the world - but we choose not to import what’s available in abundance locally and far superior in quality. You get what you pay for. Please check the ingredients - are they local or imported?

Whether it’s imported or locally produced smallgoods, if you find prices are much cheaper than Princi, it’s often the case that the leftover, less premium meat has been used. For example, pork bone-in loin can be 70% cheaper than more premium sirloin selection. Anything less than the best is not an option for Princi. You can taste the difference.

We source 100% of our meat from premium and free range Australian farms, where the generational love of the land and care for animals is paramount. Princi meat is APIQ accredited (Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Programme) and RSPCA certified.

These farms support the local industry through jobs, with the very best standards in animal welfare and processing systems.

We also choose not to use additives that are commonly used in cheaper brands, like Glucono Delta-Lactone (E575). Most Princi products are gluten, soy and dairy free, making them ideal for those who are lactose intolerant and coeliacs. With premium and principles being our passion, the Princi range is naturally free of artificial colourings, artificial flavourings and no added MSG or fillers. Our traditional mortadella for example, is 98% premium pork, 2% seasoning and spices. Simply amazing!

The Princi range includes an extensive Free-Range selection of smallgoods, chemically nitrate free, as well as the traditional premium family favourites – Prosciutto, Hams, Cacciatore, Salami, Mortadella, Coppa and Pancetta.
