Jurrah jailed

FORMER AFL player Liam Jurrah, 24, has been sentenced to six months’ jail after he admitted hitting a woman twice in the face outside a 24-hour store in Alice Springs.

The sentence will be suspended after three months. Jurrah (pictured) pleaded guilty in the Alice Springs Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
