Small tasks get bigger when we put them off. If we expect an exercise to be arduous, we may do what we can to avoid it. We may even subtly teach ourselves to work around a problem, feeling that even if this is inconvenient, it is less of a bother than getting to the root of the issue. We are often advised that ‘the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing while expecting to get a different result.’ I’m not so fond of this assertion. It is freely attributed to Einstein yet there is no record of him ever having said it. And I also question the way in which it can become an apparent justification for a major change of direction. The Equinox is when things begin to even out. For Leos in particular, it is when the odds that may previously have seemed to be stacked against your sign become a little more encouraging. Explanations are ten a penny. Indeed, I may be quoting an overly expensive rate, for they are sold even more rarely than they are bought!
