RESTAURATEURS Jeff Merange and Bernard Attwood are pulling the pin on their trendy Edge Hill Coffee Shotz Café after four years building up a successful business.

Partners for almost 11 years, they are looking for a change to the Northern Beaches.

“But we have to sell Edge Hill first,” Mr Attwood said.

The chef of 32 years said the business had been “built on a reputation of great coffee and a revolutionary breakfast and lunch experience”.

“Jeff makes the coffee and lashes out lots of superior customer service while I delight patrons with a unique version of eggs benedict sans fantasy,” he said.

Mr Attwood said Coffee Shotz Café offered a variety of roasts, a popular breakfast and lunch menu and great table service.

Richard Pearson from LJ Hooker Cairns Edge Hill said the business was in a prime position in the heart of the village and a new three-year-plus-three-year lease had just been signed.

He said the coffee shop was on the market at $160,000.
