Senator Michaelia Cash berates Bill Shorten for opposing the tribunal’s decision and planning to introduce legislatio­n to prevent cutting of penalty rates. She convenient­ly forgets that among the first pieces of legislatio­n she voted for in this term of parliament was the reversal of the tribunal decision on rates of pay for owner/drivers of trucks and the abolition of the relative tribunal.
