Silent documentary

COMMEMORATE the end of World War I with a multimedia artwork on display in Cairns tonight.

On Sunday, Cairns will gather to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice, the historic agreement that led to the end of the First World War.

Sit and enjoy a 10-minute silent documentary that will be projected onto various buildings around Cairns as part of Remembrance Day 2018 commemorations.

Communities across Queensland are encouraged to join together to remember this moment in history. The documentary will be projected onto the Cairns RSL and Riley Crystalbrook on Cairns Esplanade and the Cairns Aquarium building from 7pm through to 10pm tonight.
