Children’s playtime

WOREE Playtime will be held on Tuesday from 9-11am at Woree State School. The free community event is for babies and toddlers aged 0-5. Take part in activities, story-time and songs for families with young children. Held outside if weather permits. Phone 4044 3410.

Free mulch

CAIRNS Regional Council is giving away free mulch from December 14-17 at Gordonvale and Babinda transfer stations. Gordonvale depot open seven days, 8.30am to 5.15pm; Babinda open Friday, Sunday, Monday 8.30am to 4.45pm. Phone 1300 692 247.
