DIAMONDS’ coach Lisa Alexander has warned a repeat of Australia’s poor start against South Africa could end in a netball Quad Series defeat – while praising her youngest player, Jamie-Lee Price, in a major boost for the midcourter’s bid to make the team for the World Cup later this year. Alexander complimented one of the least experienced Diamonds in the UK for the threeTest Quad series, rating Price the best performer for Australia in their 17-goal victory over South Africa in Liverpool, England, yesterday.
